		<description>I suppose Lavender acting as both a stimulant and as a sleep enhancer has to do with quantity of lavender absorbed . Perhaps in quantities above or below a certain level Lavender acts as a stimulant?

I've heard it said that if you consume enough water then it's possible to become drunk!</description>
